Review
If you like drama mixed in with a bit of fantasy then this is the book for you.
I would say especially if you like funny but in a few places a bit worrying then this is the book you’ve been waiting for!
I recommend this book to the ages, well I’m in year 6 so I recommend this book to the ages,7-11.I say this because I am 11 and I absolutely loved it from all of the books I have read this has got to be the best by far!
The book is actually about two mice called TumTum and Nutmeg. It all happened when Aunt Ivy came to stay and that caused major problems for the mice and for Arthur and Lucy who live in rose cottage. Rose cottage this is an enchanting but quiet scruffy place!
TumTum and Nutmeg try to straighten things up a bit! They of course have to watch out for Aunt Ivy. She hates, well as some people might say, anything that moves (that really means animals in our case with tails.)
It might be hard to believe but Arthur and Lucy don’t actually know anything about having TumTum and Nutmeg living in one of the most grand mouse’s house in the history of mice! With 36 rooms as well as having grand iron gates to their masterpiece of a house.
TumTum and Nutmeg’s house is actually behind the dresser which is in the broom cupboard and when Aunt Ivy goes to look under and behind the dresser she thinks it is an air vent or something!
Well I won’t tell you anymore you will have to find out for yourself!
It really was the most exhilarating book I have ever read.
